Position Overview: As an IT Manager at Stage Right, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, maintaining our Ubiquiti UID system, providing IT support, and training employees on company standards. This entry to mid-level role requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity and internal process improvement to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Oversee and maintain the Ubiquiti UID system.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Train employees on company IT standards, focusing on cybersecurity and internal processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems are aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Ubiquiti UID.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
