Job description
We are seeking an experienced On Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. This is an on-site position meaning you will be living on the property.
We are looking for a hardworking, honest, friendly individual who is energetic and excels in customer service. The candidate must have some experience in management and the ability to lead a team with a positive mindset as well as be able to take direction well. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys interacting with people, is a team player, detail-oriented, and takes initiative.
You will be managing the property 24 hours a day (except during your time-off), however, this role has periods of downtime every day!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including housekeeping, checking rooms, answering phones, taking reservations, and checking guests in and out.
- Keeping office, parking lot, and all guest rooms clean and presentable at all times.
- Daily communication with the owners via phone.
- Helping with housekeeping and laundry as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred
- Seasoned background in customer service
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive relationships with guests and fellow teammates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills a must
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish is helpful but not required
Compensation:
Your compensation includes a monthly salary PLUS a private, on-site furnished apartment with a full kitchen, paid utilities, cable TV, and WIFI, suitable for 1-2 people. Due to allergies, pets and smoking (including all drugs and vapes) are NOT allowed in the apartment. Your monthly salary also includes paid training, paid time-off, and bonuses based on performance.
