RV Salesperson

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in RV or AUTOMOTIVE sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to negotiate and upsell products will be key to achieving our sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track potential leads and follow-ups.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting in restocking as needed.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in RV or AUTOMOTIVE sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and sales strategies is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
