We enjoy our work, strive for perfection and expect nothing less from each other. We are seeking a personable, experienced and self-motivated professional logistics team member. In this position you will be expected to handle daily end-to -end process for staging a property, packing, loading securing and transporting furniture, art, accessories from the warehouse to point of staging. Your role is to maintain all staging inventory both in the warehouse environment as well as in-transient to and from the staged properties. Requires creative imagination and space planning solutions both on the truck and in the warehouse. We are looking for an ideal team player. Someone who is driven, pays attention to the details, and enjoys teamwork. We expect someone who is punctual, communicates well, and likes to problem solve. Being a team player, having the ability to take direction, as well as taking ownership is also vital. The position moves a lot of furniture, so you need to be able to lift 70 lbs. on a consistent and regular basis, to include up and down stairs. You will work in conjunction with our staging team and Operations manager to coordinate, load, prioritize vehicle use, establish team success bench marks, order supplies, provide quality assurance and oversee installation . You will manage warehouse layout, and storage needs with regard to racking and efficient utilization of limited space. This is a fast-paced position, perfect for someone who likes to keep moving.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIRMEMNTS
-Clean driving record: drives a 20 ft box truck to and from properties daily
-Coordinate project schedules with Stagers and Operations Manager
-Maintain warehouse inventory
-Read and follow daily “worksheet” for each project
-Pack and load truck with furniture, art, accessories, download inventory into properties as well as warehouse
- Assemble furniture as needed keep inventory data base entries up to date
- Requires problem solving skills, come up with solutions using critical thinking
-Present a professional image by maintain a clean appearance

I want to emphasize the basic requirements before we start the interview process:
(1) This position requires you to operate a 20 ft box truck into tight spaces on busy crowded urban neighborhood streets so you must have a valid driver’s license and no serious violations to enable the company to insure you.
(2) This position requires heavy lifting of furniture and navigating narrow hallways and doors; recommended you be able to lift 70 lbs. on your own
