Logistics / Supply Chain :
The purpose of the Supply Chain Intern is to gain applicable career experience in a growing organization. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience in several aspects of Supply Chain Operations.
What You'll Do :
- Gain understanding of current Inventory Management system and help to improve the process.
- Work with Shipping and Receiving team to improve Warehouse efficiency to include stocking strategy and organizing work and product flow.
- Perform hands-on activities such as receiving, picking, loading, scheduling, and purchase order process (a majority of the workload).
- Develop an understanding of the Supply Chain operations and how they collaborate with other departments.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
