Overview: Stages of Change, LLC is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals in our community. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team and provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to individuals with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized PSR services focused on enhancing clients' daily living skills and social skills.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, including housing, employment, and educational opportunities.
- Facilitate supportive interactions that promote personal growth and social engagement.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state license or certification in mental health counseling (preferred).
- Experience in providing PSR or similar services to individuals with mental health issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Knowledge of community resources and mental health systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
