About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth at Staging Solutions. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee sales strategy, client relationships, and team development while driving revenue and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you’re a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building relationships, closing deals, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue : Own and exceed annual revenue targets while expanding our client base and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Lead Teams : Manage Executive Producers and Business Development teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering growth.
  • Shape Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Client Partnerships : Build strong relationships with clients, maintain communication throughout project lifecycles, and ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Present & Propose : Research, prepare, and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that win business.
  • Optimize Performance : Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines to maintain efficiency and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate : Partner with creative, operations, and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and create standout event experiences.
  • Mentor & Inspire : Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to empower your team and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in meetings, events, marketing, or creative industries, with at least 7 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of event technologies, CRM systems, and the ability to integrate tools into seamless solutions.
  • A natural leader with a talent for building high-performing teams and cultivating lasting client relationships.
  • Flexible, driven, and ready to work extended hours or travel when needed.
