Job Description:

Stagway Global is looking for an appointment setter to join our team. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be essential in managing our lead pipeline. Your focus will be on reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for closers to help us drive conversions effectively.

• Outbound Engagement: Conduct daily calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and gauge interest in our M&A coaching program
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book qualified leads into our closers' calendars, ensuring efficiency and follow-up
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with leads to maintain engagement and interest in our services
• CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain all lead interactions within our CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Work closely with our team to share insights and improve appointment-setting strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or sales development (experience with high-ticket offers is preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage and qualify leads professionally
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Organized and detail-oriented, with CRM experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also being a supportive team player
• Comfortable with a commission-based structure and motivated by results
