Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of reports that highlight the financial and operational results of the company’s various partner agencies, including identifying key variances, trends, and operating metrics and understanding the impact that they have on the quarter and full-year outlooks,
- Work closely with partner agencies and senior executives during Monthly Results, Quarterly Forecasting, and Annual Budget meetings by consolidating financials and performing key analysis of financial and operating KPI’s and trends.
- Assist in creating new reports that enhance analyses to provide scalable insights for senior management and key stakeholders at the partner agencies.
- Partner with M&A team to provide support including upfront business transition / integration post-closing of an acquisition.
- Assist in the management of the company’s operating model and M&A payment calculations under the supervision of senior leadership.
- Contribute to the financial and operational due diligence process of acquisition targets if necessary.
- Help lead continual process improvement as it relates to reporting, analysis, and financial system management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent quantitative major; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Advertising, Media, or Entertainment industry experience a plus.
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including a high proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience with OneStream a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.

Compensation
- In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $75,000-$90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
