In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $130,000-$150,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

Employee Engagement
- Develop and Implement Engagement Strategy Co-create and execute the North America (NA) engagement strategy, including programming and performance measures to foster engagement and belonging across the agency.
- Survey Leadership and Action Planning Co-lead the NA Engagement Survey process, including design, delivery, data analysis, and development of actionable plans based on feedback.
- Design and Launch Engagement Programs Create programs focused on recognition, well-being, growth, community, volunteering, and moments of joy to surprise, and support employees.
- Data-Driven Program Improvement Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine and enhance engagement initiatives while ensuring they align with employee needs.
- Develop and Drive BI ED Strategy Create and implement the BI ED framework, programming, and metrics to advance employee engagement, belonging, and diversity goals.
- Lead and Support ERGs Oversee NA Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), plan recognition events and serve as a liaison between ERGs and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Policy and Workforce Diversity Advocacy Advise on policies promoting diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion, while collaborating with teams to diversify talent pipelines and enhance retention of a high-performing workforce.
- Training and Communication Deliver DE&I training, update internal and external communication materials to ensure inclusivity, and train hiring managers on evaluating and managing diverse talent.
- Measure and Evaluate Progress Track diversity metrics, assess BI ED initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and communicate achievements and challenges across the organization.
- Support people initiatives for NA’s B Corp submission Work closely with Assembly’s Global Head of Impact to drive and coordinate progress on People and Community initiatives to increase NA’s B Corp score
- Seven to ten years relevant professional work experience in Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and/or Social Impact
- Excellent command of contemporary diversity, equity and inclusion concepts and issues with formal training or coursework in multiculturalism, intercultural communications, or related topics
- Successful record of leadership and experience in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion within a complex organization - including the leading Employee Resource Groups that foster safe spaces for staff
- Demonstrated ability to serve as an internal resource and consultant, collaborating with multiple stakeholders with different perspectives
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy
- Demonstrated success and interest in professional development and engagement programming with and for diverse audiences; experience bringing unique, progressive ideas and partners to the table
- Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to cross organizational and cultural boundaries with ease, adapting language and style to the context both in person and at a distance
- Demonstrated judgment, analysis and decision-making skills
