Finance – The Finance department is responsible for financial planning and analysis with a focus on forecasting, reporting, and communication. You will work closely alongside our Financial Analysts, Vice President and Senior Vice President of FP&A.
Treasury – The Treasury department oversees the day-to-day cash management operations of the organization. You will work closely alongside our Treasurer, Treasury Director, and Treasury Analysts.
Investment – The Investment intern will join an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions team to scope out and execute promising investments in the digital marketing space. You will work closely alongside our Senior Director, Investments and Chief Investment Officer.
Information Technology – The Information Technology department provides support globally to the Stagwell network. You will work closely alongside our Information Technology Project Manager & Chief Technology Officer.
Growth – The Growth department is responsible for growing and marketing Stagwell globally. You will work closely alongside our Global Chief Marketing Officer and gain exposure to business development and growth marketing.
Global Solutions – The Global Solutions team supports all global opportunities including but not limited to pitches, proposals, and organic client efforts. You will work closely alongside our Global Solutions Manager and the Global Solutions team.
Legal – The Legal Intern will handle a variety of legal documentation, vendor invoices, and filings. You will work closely alongside our General Counsel and Legal team.
Branding/Communications – The Branding and Communications team elevates the visibility of Stagwell across four key audiences: clients, investors, talent, and press. You will work closely alongside our Vice President of Media and Chief Brand and Communications Officer.
Stagwell Marketing Cloud – Stagwell Marketing Cloud (SMC) is a proprietary suite of SaaS and DaaS solutions for in-house marketers. We’re looking for a Product Intern, Engineering Intern, and Support Intern to work closely alongside our Director, Product Growth & Operations, VP of Engineering, and Chief Technology Officer.
Business Applications - The Business Applications team is responsible for managing and optimizing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support business processes, and facilitate communication across different departments. This includes overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of various applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other tools essential for the organization's daily operations.
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $20/hr - $25/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to department, skill set, level of experience, and location.

Responsibilities

- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, goals, and other areas of the network
- Partner with team and leadership and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
- Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internships
- Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes and identifies areas of opportunity
- Learn and become proficient on internal software systems
- Interact directly with colleagues, clientele, and/or other internal or external constituencies
- Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments
- Conduct original research and prepares reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Ability to efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in marketing or related field of study
