Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing security and access control of laboratory spaces.
- Maintaining and updating logical network and hardware rack diagrams.
- Maintaining CMR accounts.
- Managing Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) sub-custody accounts.
- Conducting inventory control and induction/tracking in the maintenance system.
- De-conflicting events and resources within the lab.
- Maintaining equipment accountability.
- Setting up and maintaining laboratory audio-visual equipment in support of meetings.
- Recording meeting notes.
- Reporting and tracking maintenance requests with MCTSSA Logistics section to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
