Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end development and support of Stahlbush’s reporting environments and data warehouse, including SQL, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, VBA, and other technologies as needed
- Provide data management services such as accessing new data feeds, building queries and macros, organizing data and designing dashboards that present status-at-a-glance visualization for business performance
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards, providing technical support as needed
- Own the data integrity across multiple connected systems, including defining and communicating data definitions and monitoring metric consistency
- Build and monitor analytics dashboards to identify and resolve data inaccuracies and performance issues. Make recommendations for system improvements to increase accuracy, reliability and accessibility
- Maintain robust documentation library including data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, development standards, standard operating procedures, disaster recovery/business continuity plans, etc
- Ensure full compliance with architectural and reporting standards, operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity levels
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent experience in related field required
- 5 years of relevant work experience building with data visualization using PowerBI, or similar tools
- 3 years of experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building pipelines using SQL for integrations.
- Excellent working with all aspects of MS Excel
- Experience working with and integrating data from API connections
- Experience with ERP system workflows, financial modules, and integrations
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, tying together technologies and architectures to business results and present to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service skills that include listening to user groups and speaking with them at the appropriate level
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven history excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Candidates with Food and Agriculture industry experience will be given preference
- Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics SL will be given preference
