What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to focus on expanding our contract converting business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the converting industry, and the ability to cultivate and close high-value opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in contract converting.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including plastics, paper, non-wovens, packaging, and pressure-sensitive materials.
- Promote VCF’s converting services, focusing on technical capabilities, to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives and industry requirements.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.

- 5 years of B2B sales experience in the converting or related manufacturing industry (experience with flexible materials like plastics, paper, and non-wovens is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of converting processes (slitting, laminating, sheeting, printing) and related technical specifications.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams for successful project execution.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
