- Graphic Design & Branding: Create marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, emails) and ensure brand consistency.
- Website Management: Manage website content, visuals, and layout through the CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) while optimizing for SEO, monitoring performance, and enhancing user experience.
- Tradeshow & Event Coordination: Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write engaging website copy, blog posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.), support email marketing initiatives, and track digital metrics.
- Marketing Analytics: Track KPIs using analytic tools, provide insights to leadership, and optimize strategies.
- Project & Budget Management: Oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with external partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in a broad marketing role (e.g., marketing coordinator, marketing specialist).
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website CMS platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS basics, WordPress (or other CMS platforms), SEO best practices.
- Experience organizing tradeshows, conferences, or corporate events.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic analytics.
- Capable of juggling multiple deadlines and projects
- Meticulous in design work, copy, and analytics to maintain a high standard of excellence.
