Provides manufactured equipment customer support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps to repair.
- Works with clients to process returns and replacements; processing credits for parts, machines, & shipping.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation, as well as updating customer information.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
- Improves equipment performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
- Assist clients with shipping quotes and updating shipping information.
- Process order entry and parts check in for client interactions.
- Maintains excel spreadsheets and filing.
- Provides support with reports and tracking trends.
- Works as reserve to all admin duties and responsibilities.
- Possible travel to customer locations
- Maintaining completion of all customer needs.
- Accurately preforming all essential duties and responsibilities.
