We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in food production, from operating machinery to assembling, packaging, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Food Production: Operate food processing equipment to ensure that the final product is produced, packaged, and labeled according to company specifications and recipes.
Assembly and Packaging: Assemble food products and packaging materials for shipment. Ensure that packaging is completed accurately and efficiently, while meeting quality standards. Must be available to move boxes of more
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
Food Safety Compliance: Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and government regulations related to food safety (such as OSHA, FDA, USDA standards).
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the work area, machinery, and equipment. Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Monitor Production: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and report any production issues to the supervisor to minimize downtime.
Inventory Control: Help with managing inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods. Assist in stock rotation to ensure freshness and compliance with expiration dates.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production workers and supervisors to meet daily production targets and ensure a smooth production flow.
Safety Practices: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, machine safety, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risk of injury.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in food production, food processing, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
