Required Skills
• Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows etc. - (4-5)
• Integration with Security tools - (4-5)
• ServiceNow Administration - (4-5)
• ServiceNow GRC - (1-3)
• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response - (4-5)
• User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc. - (1-3)
Qualifications
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Back-End Web Development expertise
- Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with vulnerability response and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
