We are currently 15-20 people based primarily in NYC (just west of SoHo) and looking to grow quickly over the next 3 years.
Position overview
AI Solutions Engineers build and deepen the technical relationship between Stainless and our most important users. You'll work directly with some of the most innovative technology companies like OpenAI, Anthropic and Cloudflare. You'll be the voice of the customer to the rest of the company, advocating for them and directly influencing the roadmap of the company both immediately and longer term.
To excel in this role you will have strong independent judgement and can write software in a wide variety of programming languages (maybe from prior experience or picked up on the job). You learn quickly and can jump into unfamiliar contexts (and repositories) with ease. You'll be directly contributing to some of the most used and visible codebases today and collaborating with some of our most important users directly.
Responsibilities
Overall you'll :
- Work directly with large customers like OpenAI, Anthropic and Cloudflare to :
Evolve their SDKs through the release of new features (Run Tools, Structured Output, Streaming Helpers)
You'll be building a technical roadmap for these users growth on Stainless
improving our Codegen to handle new use-cases
