Our customers include industry leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cloudflare.We have raised over $35 million from a16z, Sequoia, and other great investors.We are currently 15-20 people based primarily in NYC (just west of SoHo) and looking to grow quickly over the next 3 years.RoleWe're hiring our first designer to shape the future of the Stainless product.This is an in-person role based in New York City.Position overviewWe're looking for an exceptional designer who wants to set an uncommonly high bar for design.You'll be responsible for all aspects of design at Stainless, from initial user research, to wire-framing / prototyping, crafting polished designs, and ultimately guiding your work into production, by writing and / or reviewing frontend PRs.We believe that good design is most critically how a product works. To this end, we hope you'll get to know our early customers and continuously apply what you learn from them toward shaping our product.Within your first 6 months, we anticipate hiring at least one other designer.
