STALK & SPADE is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to add to our team!
Position Overview:
As a Team Member you are the face of our brand. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.
Team Member Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with your fellow crew members to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but the community
- Understand that food safety and restaurant cleanliness are imperative to daily operations
- Ability to clearly communicate with your managers, fellow crew members, and customers
- Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
- Become a master at creating signature menu items while maintaining S&S quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Practice FIFO
- Live and represent the STALK & SPADE brand day in and out
Job Requirements:
- Minimum
- 1-year customer service experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred
- Fast-casual experience
- High school diploma
