Who We Are Looking For
We are a small, scrappy marketing team looking for someone who has a wide range of marketing experience who understands how to combine words and images to create compelling ads, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Our company has three distinct brands, and you will be working on all of them. In one day, you might create a print ad for one brand, write a video script for the second, then conceptualize the design for a trade show booth for the third.
You also have skills in photography, brand development, social media marketing, and email marketing. Bonus points if you know a bit about Wordpress, UI / UX, Figma, SEO, blogging, and / or copywriting.
You are a creative self-starter who functions well in a team environment, but who is also independent and able to execute and manage projects from start to finish. You do well in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and wants to make a real impact. No two days are ever the same, but your responsibilities will include :
Graphic & Web Design (no coding required)
- Design engaging visuals for print, digital ads, social media, email marketing, trade show displays, and the web.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, and presentations. You'll also work on layouts and updates on product manuals, brochures, and catalogs.
- Work on website graphics and layouts. You don't have to code anything, but an understanding of Wordpress, effective web design, and layout principles is a plus, as you'll be helping to shape how customers experience our brand online.

The Skills We Are Looking For
This role is for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated - a designer who loves to take initiative and sees projects through from concept to completion.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
A keen eye for design and strong understanding of layout, composition, and branding.
A fearless experimenter who doesn't settle for the status quo but is always learning new design and marketing tricks to help keep their work fresh and edgy.
Experience in print and digital design , with the ability to tailor graphics for different mediums.
Basic knowledge of email marketing design principles .
Strong communication skills - you can take feedback, collaborate with a team, and explain your creative ideas clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
