Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our sterile production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily production activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes, quality control, and laboratory results.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in process improvements, optimization, and troubleshooting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and train junior personnel on new processes, techniques, and equipment operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing or a related field.
