Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, installation, and repair of electronic communications equipment, including computers, phone systems, wireless products, cameras, and satellite systems.
- Configure network, telephone, and other communication equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network, telephone, and VSAT related issues.
- Maintain equipment inventory and condition.
- Complete paperwork timely, with detail and accuracy.
- Exemplify a customer service first attitude by providing support and training.
- Communicate job progress to customers, job managers, and technical services.
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computer networking systems and components.
- Possess good written and verbal communication and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to troubleshoot on their own or with minimal remote guidance.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work at heights.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to lift equipment weighting up to 60lbs.
Education or Certifications (if applicable):
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Training from a two-year vocational school or equivalent training preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- A motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements.
