In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and repairing electronic communications equipment. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain equipment inventory and condition, and communicate effectively with customers and technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, installation, and repair of electronic communications equipment.
- Configure network, telephone, and other communication equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network, telephone, and VSAT related issues.
- Complete paperwork timely, with detail and accuracy.
- Exemplify a customer service first attitude by providing support and training.
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computer networking systems and components.
- Possess good written and verbal communication and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to lift equipment weighting up to 60lbs.
