| OR Department; Call shifts required- 6-8 on call shifts per schedule. Discuss further on interview to confirm with manager. 2 Years OR experience required, BLS and ACLS required. EMR: Epic. Shift can be either 8 or 10's-discuss further on interview. Day off will be Wednesday. **FIRM START** HWL IVS will prescreen, Manager will interview and offer. Radius rule 50 miles enforced. Floating may be required to other OR's at sister campuses. Please ensure HCP is flexible. FL/compact license must be active at time of submittal visible through Nursys.
