| LPN PEDS Primary care clinic. Shift: 4- 10 hour shifts with 1 evening clinic commitment per week and 1 Saturday clinic per month. 2 years of recent peds experience required. BLS, PALS required. May need to float to other clinics. The Primary Care Clinic sees patients newborn to age 18 for health checks and acute care visits. Clinic visits include lab draws, vaccine administration, and hearing and vision screens. Perform COVID testing. There are on average 10 providers and 7-9 clinical team members daily. *NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested with drug screen. RTO must be on submittal. CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the 2022-2023 flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine. |
