Role Overview
As the Construction Manager, you will be at the helm of our roofing projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. This pivotal role demands a proactive leader adept at managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will drive projects to timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Review contracts, material lists, and job specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Team Leadership: Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site inspections, addressing issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Resource Management: Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to prevent delays.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, fostering a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements
