We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, showcasing expertise in both residential and commercial projects. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including drywall installation, fixture installation, and construction painting.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Conduct electrical work as needed, ensuring all installations meet local codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the remodeling process and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
• Proficiency in drywall installation, construction painting, fixture installation, glass installation, and concrete forming.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
