Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Inform guests about the available food, beverage and gift shop items as well as inform them about the hotel

· Prepare specialty coffee drinks in accordance with recipes and have the ability to operate the equipment

· Ensure the area is neat and clean at all times

· Maintain the merchandise and food displays to maintain a "fresh" look

· Capture all sales according to company guidelines and be responsible for the cash drawer

· Account for all cash and secure money drops according to company policy

· Performs any other job-related duties as assigned
