What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at STAMFORD MOTORSPORTS?
Take appointments and maintain appointment schedule
Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data , determine their needs and coordinating repairs.
Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and vehicle walk around.
Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
Communicating frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
Follow up with the customers on the status of the repair based on how they want to be informed.
Creating a great repair delivery experience for the customer
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Setting and achieving sales goals
Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
