Stamped Products, Inc. (SPI) is seeking experienced full-time Tool and Die Makers to join our team. Qualified applicants must be skilled in repairing, troubleshooting, and fabricating jigs, tools, fixtures, and dies for production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Repair all types, sizes, and shapes of jigs, tools, fixtures, and dies.
- Try out complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment.
- Set up and operate all tool room equipment.
- Manufacture close-tolerance parts per prints, sketches, samples, or verbal instructions.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.
- Heat treat and weld parts as required.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (2-year associate degree preferred).
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience as a Tool & Die Maker.

Skills:
- Must furnish own tools, including precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Primary work is indoors in a manufacturing setting.
- Required to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Schedule
- 10-hour shift
- 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
