Our Quality Assurance Leader is a vital force in our daily operations, long-term success, and client satisfaction. Collaborating with upper management, you oversee vital business aspects regarding label approvals, product specifications, customer preferences, regulatory compliance, and QA optimization. By closely analyzing existing processes and developing effective new strategies, you enhance our productivity, support our reputation for excellence, and keep clients happy. Thinking strategically, you help refine HACCP and SSOP operations, assist with third-party audits, and implement new QA processes and training programs.
This management role keeps you on your toes as you help obtain label approvals, conduct quality reviews of new product production, and work with USDA and FSIS inspectors to resolve issues. You diligently update and maintain product specification databases, quality incident reports, product analysis reports, and other QA records. Motivated to deliver a quality product, you implement raw material inspection programs, help with shelf-life studies, and assist with product testing. You also have a hand in our customer satisfaction efforts, gathering technical information as requested and doing what you can to resolve complaints. Tackling other responsibilities as assigned, you make a lasting impact on our business operations.
