THE QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, agriculture, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in the animal agriculture or food production industry
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and certification standards
- Proficiency in data analysis, sustainability reporting, and lifecycle assessment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, procurement teams, and regulatory bodies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

As our Supply Chain Sustainability Manager, your role is to lead, innovate, and implement environmental sustainability initiatives that shape the future of food production. You will develop and enforce sustainability strategies that ensure deforestation-free feed sourcing, improve nutrient management, and oversee animal welfare certifications. You'll track and optimize feed conversion ratios, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and drive initiatives to minimize water use and waste. Internally, you'll spearhead waste reduction programs, improve electricity and water efficiency, and develop sustainable packaging solutions.
