Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
- Coordinates activities of the cooking ovens during 3rd shift, (knows how to set up/load/empty/read and program ovens for specified product/and handles meat racking for oven preparation).
- Maintains time and production records; assists supervisors with paperwork; analyzes and works with others in solving work problems.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Knows how to arrange racks in chill boxes to use their full capacity/to swap out temperature recording charts/ how to troubleshoot boilers/blown fuses and chart recorders.
- Performs other duties as needed.
