Stampfl Associates is looking to onboard a Project Architect/Project Manager team member with 10 years of architectural experience, preferably with 3 or more years of recent experience as a Project Manager. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Doylestown, PA office.

Stampfl Associates, LLC (Sa) is an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and planning firm located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use design.
Qualifications:
- A professional degree from an accredited university (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred).
- Professional Licensure. NCARB membership is a plus.
- Varied portfolio including multi-family residential, single-family residential, commercial and retail.
- Exceptional and proven design skills
- Working knowledge of materials, systems and technical detailing, experience in all design/construction phases, experience in coordination of consultant engineering work (civil, structural, MEP/FP).
- Working knowledge of building code research, zoning and SALDO ordinance review, specification writing and editing.
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency. Practical knowledge of Lumion is a plus.
- Ability to manage a team and empower its members to grow in their skills and talents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Experience in business development, client management and retention. Active community service/involvement is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet project schedules and budgets across all design and construction phases.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for multiple assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work collaboratively with a team of architects and designers, developing projects through SD/DD/CD/CA phases
- Coordinate with consultants/engineers on drawing and specifications preparation.
- Prepare exhibits and documents for Land Development permit submittals
- Attend and present at zoning hearing boards, HARB and other Municipal meetings.
- Project management: Response to Request for Proposals, scheduling, invoicing
