- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and be a subject matter expert for
- Stampin’ Up! demonstrator policies, demonstrator compensation plan, current products, sales promotions and events, and
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Direct Sales Association (DSA) regulations.
- Work with demonstrators on a one-on-one basis to educate and help them successfully follow company policies and regulatory requirements. Exercising strict confidentiality and professional etiquette, determine and take appropriate course(s) of action for identified issues, including facilitating compliance hearings as needed.
- Provide ongoing policy and regulatory compliance training to demonstrators and key internal demonstrator-facing teams. Create educational materials including newsletters, current updates, webinars and presentations to assist in the education process.
- Perform audits, conduct in-depth research, and analyze multiple data sources to evaluate demonstrator compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and to help identify potential compensation plan manipulation or fraudulent behavior. Determine eligibility for awards or participation in event presentations.
- Develop and maintain standard procedures, stay abreast of best practices, and continually seek to improve education and enforcement processes.
- Willingly support department and company in special projects when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Broad knowledge of Stampin’ Up! policies, or ability to gain a broad knowledge in reasonable time.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically.
