About The Position
As Stampli’s FinTech Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our partners, specializing in all aspects related to payments (Direct Pay, Stampli Credit Card, and more). You will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention. You will report directly to our Customer Support Team Lead and work closely with our VP of Customer Success.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office based in our Nashville, TN location.

About The Position

Requirements:
What you bring to the table:
- 2 years of payments experience with Direct Pay, Credit Cards, International Payments, and ACH, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- A strong understanding of financial technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage and scale support operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience resolving disputes and export errors, and nurture relationships with vendors.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with our Product and Customer Success teams to align on customer expectations, product updates, and continuous improvements.
