Job Summary
We are looking for an Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team " Customer Experience Team" The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound leads and providing assistance on our product offerings to customers.
Hourly Pay Plus a ppointment made set and shown, plus different monthly bonus programs.
Service Calls / Texts for service retention, Working with our Service Team on making appointments and follow ups.
Great computer skills, phone skills required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound / outbound calls and emails in a professional manner
- Work in a team environment with other Customer Experience representatives on our internet sales team
- Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales / service team.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
