What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Property Manager position at STAN Residential?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all day to day management of the property including, but not limited to managing the on site team, leasing, collections, vendor communication and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and take responsibility of all facets of the property.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the office staff in all aspects; ensure office is well trained, all employees are properly carrying out their task and effeciently managing their work
- Ensure top notch property performance from all aspects
- Manage the leasing process with new and current tenants. This includes but not limited to renewals, move outs, prospecting, new leases
- Ensure there is an efficient collections process
- Process all accounts payables
- Consistently walk the property to ensure it's upkeep
- Set budgets and goals for the property
- Manage vendor communications
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Manage the eviction process
Qualifications
- 10 years of property management experience
- At least 5 year in a real estate supervisory or management role
- Should have experience with Realpage Onesite and ancillary products
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive and take initiative
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
