Job Summary

This position requires a strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, to assist in the design and fabrication of engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
- Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project developments.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Fabricate components as needed using hand tools and other equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all engineering processes and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating machinery and tools.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, for design purposes.
- Experience with logic controllers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform math calculations relevant to engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication techniques.
