Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and design services. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising projects while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and train team members in various landscaping techniques, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance schedules, including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage the proper use of landscaping tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with management to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping with a strong background in supervising teams.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques including irrigation systems, tree care, lawn care, and garden design.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina for performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
