Experienced EDDA/Dental Assistant

Job Description

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00/hour DOE

We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, and experienced EDDA/Dental Assistant to join our Specialty team!

This position located in the Denver Tech Center and there is an opportunity for part-time or full-time depending on the number of days per week (3 or 4).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctors with all treatments, including both general, surgical, and adjunctive procedures performed in the practice.
• Review basic treatment plans with the patient.
• Prepare necessary parts, supplies, materials, patient information, and consent forms for all scheduled patients.
• Accurately complete patient charting, note-taking, and update patient information.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies for designated areas and materials.
• Manage lab cases, including implant components.
• Sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to protocol.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures for patient care and safety.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Prior experience with dental specialties preferred, including experience with IV sedation
• Strong focus on cleanliness and infection control practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with the supervising dentist
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
