Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Career Success: Provide career counseling and coaching to students and alumni, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Forge Employer Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities and establish partnerships for job placement.
- Create Job Opportunities: Actively engage with potential employers to create exclusive job opportunities for our graduates, showcasing their skills and aligning them with positions that match their career aspirations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of current industry trends and job market developments to provide cutting-edge career guidance, positioning our graduates as top candidates in their fields.
- Organize Impactful Events: Plan and execute career development workshops, job fairs, and networking events that enhance the professional growth and visibility of our students and alumni.
- Collaborate for Comprehensive Success: Work closely with faculty and staff to seamlessly integrate career development and job preparation into the curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to career readiness.
- Track and Showcase Achievements: Maintain detailed records of student and alumni career development activities and job placements, highlighting the success stories and impact of our career services.
- Develop Valuable Resources: Create and distribute high-quality career-related resources, such as job search guides and industry-specific materials, to support our graduates' job search efforts.
- Enhance Professional Skills: Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in career services, staying ahead of industry trends

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in career services, counseling, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of career development theories and job search strategies.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview preparation, and networking techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $21.00 - $23.00/hr. (Salary is dependent upon education and experience).
