The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing residential and custom clients promoting Stancil services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Own the customer facing responsibility for drywall, paint, and plumbing for new residential / custom businesses at Stancil
- Call on residential production / custom builders regularly
- Manage the day-to-day communications and tasks for the customer
- Build positive and consistent relationships
- Resolve issues in a professional way
- Build TRUST!
- Build relationships from top to bottom of the customer’s organization
- Hunter mentality to drive market share and achieve targeted revenue projections
- Communicate routinely with Stancil EVP as well as other corporate personnel
- Build a strategy for growth in conjunction with EVP
- Monitor growth
- Communicate progress and failures
- Create a team atmosphere within the Stancil organization
- Exceptional communicator with internal ops team to drive efficiency through proposal phase
- Meet or exceed measurables on : Revenue, New Business, and Gross Profit
- Identifies potential in the marketplace and presents opportunities to management team
- Educates builders on Stancil processes and procedures
- Sets company apart from competitors
- Drives market growth with existing clients
- Drives profitability within the customer portfolio
- Develops balanced customer portfolio with respect to revenue generation
- Efficient and proactively monitoring sale process in CRM
- Active in the community and within builder associations
