Territory Field Manager - Stancil

Territory Field Manageris responsible for managing both time and resources to make certain paint and drywall projects are completed on time. This position is responsible for making sure projects are fully staffed when appropriate and that workers can access tools and building materials. The Territory Field Manager is expected to work autonomously to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.

Primary Duties Include (but not limited to)

• Management of daily functions of paint and drywall process.
• Communication of information captured in field to labor as well as other team members
• Management of daily labor with respect to following appropriate schedules and timelines
• Effective management of labor and materials on job level
• Maintaining relationships with construction managers of national builders in communities

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
• Must have a clear driving record in order to be approved by the Company's insurance company to drive companyvehicle.
• Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Act independently and originate new approaches to problems.

• Sustain interpersonal relationships, which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.

• Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently.
• Ability to climb up and down steps
• The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

Working Conditions

• This position requires working in an outdoors environment.
• Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
