GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The Phase Scheduler is responsible for managing both time and resources to ensure projects are completed on time. This position is responsible for making sure projects are fully staffed when appropriate and that workers can access tools and building materials. This position will have a complete understanding of builder portals scheduling features and our internal processes and systems related to scheduling. This role will work closely with other internal operations teams and production teams to ensure accuracy of all scheduling functions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manages the time & labor process for each phase using the current time & labor platform
- Create timetables for the entire project, which includes determining the timing of tasks and when specific materials will be needed
- Owns the schedule for different phases of construction
- Communicates with customers on scheduling and any needed changes
- Serves as liaison to the construction field management regarding scheduling
- Creates efficient revenue stream through proper scheduling
- Serves customer with sense of urgency
- Confirms job-readiness with customers
- Backs up other coordinators when they are out of work.
- Supports the Field Scheduling Manager
- Monitor job setup database daily for new entries labeled complete.
- Analyze and report any scheduling conflicts/capacity issues to supervisor for resolution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Strong computer skills (MS Suite)
- Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required (Sage, etc.)
