Job Summary
The TBM Strategy and Planning Manager is a dedicated internal consultant who supports strategy formulation and financial planning for one of The Standard's most critical organizations, the IT Division. As a partner to VP's and Sr Directors, the role supports decisions on multi-year initiatives that will have a significant impact on our future, including M&A.
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders to promote open dialogue regarding IT strategy and ensure management has the analytics and operational insights necessary to understand the cost structure of the existing landscape, changes in that landscape and opportunities to optimize through informed decision making.
- Support alignment, integration, and synchronization of IT strategies with multi-year forecasts for operating and capital investment.
- Lead business case development, perform data-driven analysis and contribute recommendations supporting IT strategy, roadmaps and target setting.
- Lead project work that is broad in scope and requires creativity, flexibility, analytical abilities, structured thinking and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Independently structure strategic plans and analyze business problems, including assessments of risks, investment benefits, and operational agility.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Salary Range :
107,250.00 - $156,750.00
