Job Summary:
StanCraft is seeking a dedicated Landscape Installer to join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining outdoor landscapes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Install softscapes (plants, trees, sod, mulch, etc.) and hardscapes (pavers, stonework, retaining walls, etc.).
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Follow project blueprints, site plans, and instructions to complete installations.
- Ensure proper irrigation setup and drainage solutions.
- Perform site preparation, grading, and soil amendments as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape installation, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery, including skid steers, trenchers, and saws.
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
