STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manage r to oversee the successful management of designated projects, ensuring they meet all budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. In this role, you will coordinate all project deliverables and requirements across cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. You will also proactively identify and address any risks that may impact project timelines or budgets. If you have a background in project management, strong customer service skills, and experience leading teams to successful project completion, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring all activities are coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and according to contract terms.
- Activities include RF design, product ordering, permitting, construction, optimization, site acquisition, and project close-out.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Develop accurate project plans and budgets for all assigned projects, modify them as needed, and direct the close-out of completed jobs, including documentation receipt.
- Lead internal and external deployment meetings to track project status and implement changes as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Attend customer deployment meetings to provide job status updates and resolve any issues.
- Ensure that accurate project files and documentation are maintained and distributed in a timely manner according to company and customer standards.
- Track all projects in a project management system with complete accuracy.

The base range for this contract position is $34 - $44 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
